Questions about alleged AmigaOS 4.1 Final Edition Update 3

While I am waiting for my copy of the AmigaFuture to be delivered, I am curious about the maybe, hopefully to be released Update 3 for AmigaOS 4.1 Final Edition.
And I do have some questions:

- Will it be a full release?
- If its not a full release, will it be possible to upgrade from a freshly installed OS4.1 Final Edition, or will it be mandatory to walk through the very tedious process of
- installing 4.1 Final Edition, (4.1.7)
- copying the radeon (RX) module,
- update to update 1, (4.1.8
- update to update 2 including quick fix, (4.1.9.1)
- download AmiUpdate 2.5x,
- install AmiUpdate,
- update AmiUpdate and the systems components which are newer than 4.1.9.1,
- and finally install Update 3?

Thanks to all involved working on Update 3.
Now that I trying to learn to program, I do really appreciate the work you devs do some orders of magnitude more than I already did!
