I just ordered a SAM460EX to replace my -for the foreseeable future- dead A1XE....

Thanks, I emailed Retronix about repairing my CPU module.

But.... I'm leaning towards geting A SAM460 and when possible getting my A1 repaired and selling it of (or keeping it if the SAM460 doesnt turn out to be the great machine I think it is)

Sorry to bother you guys here aswel, but my AmigaOne XE/G4 seems to have died and I need help.

To find the problem, to get it fixed one way or another, or ultimately finding a replacement.

Great job !

This 'little' improvement makes it much more usefull.
Do you think it might be possible to drop a Disk icon on an open filer and make that filer show the contents of that disk ? (like opus4 does)

edit: oh, and what about a dual lister function (again like opus4) or even like windows explorerer ? IMO it would be very usefull...

Yeah, options to show files as thumbnail or as icon or as 'normal' view or as extended view. Just like Windows Explorer does. I actualy like that about Windows.....

Just like to say that I'm realy happy with those picture thumbnails !
And it's not that slow at all, well it's a lot slower but very usable !

Would it be possible to add somehow the possiblity to drag WB drawer or discs into a filer in a way that it opens in a filer and not being copied ?
Or open a wb disc or drawer and automaticly open it in a filer ?

Oh, amd an option for dual listers ? (opus4) or with a dir-tree to the left ? (WinExplorer)

Any change of adding a possiblity to create larger thumnails then 64x64 ?
100 would be nice, but I'd like to choose any size i'd want.
And how about basic operations on the images like rotate ? Possible ?

I found that Turbocalc has no menus because I had 'english Euro' language selected in Locale prefs !
You need to select 'english' without the Euro sign !!!

That explains why other languages DO work, Its the Englisch with Euro sign that screws up TurboCalc.

All this 'was not included, because it was not finished' stuff makes me wonder if the current OS4 release really IS the final release.....

If I was the one releasing OS4 I would not have said that 'it IS done', and kept it at 'the last prerelease before', but..... sigh....
