Pffft. My AWE64 (with the SPDIF hookup from Hoontech) sounds perfectly fine. Even back in the days of the AWE32/64, those Emu-8000 DSP's could mix 30 channels stereo with reverb and chorus.

Though, my Gravis Ultrasound PNP (AMD interwave chip, 32 channels hardware) is still my favorite.

I'm pretty sure he means that the jump to 32 bit never occurred. I expect better from former E-mu engineers...

A silly request though (since Discreetfx asked for requests...) For the Windows cabinet icon, could you do one replacing the windows logo with the Slashdot "Gates of Borg" picture? =)

Because that would be freekin' awesome!

I just hope that they use whatever profits they make (if and when the $$ starts flowing in again) to help prop up their OS efforts. AmigaOS deserves to live on, even if only a niche. Apple is a niche and lives quite comfortably. There is no reason why Amiga can't as well.

That is all Amiga.org has been for the last 4 years; people slagging off anything and everything positive in OS4 scene. I'm just glad I have a place to enjoy my hobby again. =)
