Hi all..can you help.

Just been on the site www.amigaremix.com and was wondering how to download the tracks. When I click on one it just opens into my music player and plays.

Is the site just for listening to the tracks only or is it possible to download them.?

Ive tried. I put the disk in, swith the 1200 on and nothing happens...

Ive tried it on a couple of new disks and its always the same...puzzling!

I unpacked the dms file to an adf and used easyadf to write the file to disk. However still no luck.

The disk does nothing when I put it in the drive. If in workbench and i insert the disk it says ndos under the disk icon...

Very puzzled...any ideas??

Ok so i have the xdms file. Can someone give me a step by step walkthrough of how to extract my aga-pos-eng.dms file to disk ?

Yesterdsay i downloaded the file AGA-POS-ENG.DMS from Aminet. The file seems to be different from a standard adf or lha file.

How do I get this file to disk or run it?? I did have this demo on disk but it sadly failed noty too long ago.

Any help would be much appreciated...

Completely agree mate. I went on holiday last year and took my Amiga Future magazines with me and I had so many people having a look at them. They had no idea the Amiga was still alive. It would be interesting to know if A-EON have any plans for some advertising of the system to attract new users. Advertising is expensive. Im not sure whether to get the Sam460 or save up even more for the X1000. Both look like excellent AmigaOS systems. Long live the X1000, Sam series, long live AmigaOS and long live Amiga!

I cannot believe the amount of money people pay for old Amiga games these days, its stupid. I have over 400 whdload games on my hard drive. I offered someone on lemonamiga ?30 for 4 games the other day, Super Cars 2, First Samurai, 2nd Samurai and Magic Pockets and he said no. Oh well!!!

I was just thinking that myself. That thread with helgis and his possible peg 2 was a long thread, but nothing compared to the current thread at AW, over 1600 posts now. Anyway, i'm thinking of a way to tell my wife we will not be going on holiday this year.....New Amiga...2010 is truely the promised land found for me !!
