I don't know if anyone else has run into this, but if I leave the 9250 plugged into the PCI slot and set U-Boot to use the internal graphics, the Sam freezes shortly after Kickstart is loaded and the WB screen never appears. Only after removing the 9250 am I able to get to WB.

My Zaurus 5600 was finally recognized as a file device on the A1-XE some days ago and I was able to transfer files back and forth with DOpus.

I know it came with a Monopoly game. I might be mistaken so I'll have to check.

Edit: Ok, I've checked and have to admit I was mistaken. I got it with the Monopoly game that's in Fred Fish, but ABasic's not in the FF collection.

I've had the same experience but with Lite-On CD drives and it was far from writing to CD's one hundred times. Replaced them both with LG writers which are still going strong.

How about catfloppy? I've also used tsgui in the past with great success, but haven't tried it recently as a label came off a disk in the drive and is giving me errors when I try to use it now.

I've had my A1-XE for over six years now and my Sam for three, and haven't had any h/w problems with either one. On the A1, like many others, I've had to replace the PSU and I replaced the small cooler on the CPU with a nice Zalman, but there was never any problem with the motherboard.

I've got a Radeon 9250 with 256Mb in my EP. It does take up the one slot in the machine so a riser would be handy if I ever get around to finding a wireless card for it.

Ok, I think I found the problem. Somehow the mouse setting in .uaerc was changed. After changing it back to joy0 it works again.

It's be awhile since I've ran E-UAE so I don't what I've done to change it, but now when I try to run an ADF the mouse freezes and can't be moved from its starting position. The funny thing though is that if I use RunInUAE just by itself the 3.9 WB comes up and the mouse moves about freely, so it appears to be just a problem with ADFs. Anybody have any clues as to what might be wrong?

I like the community page, but you ought to include a link to Aminet also. As the premier AmigaOS software library it still holds a lot of interest for Amigans everywhere.
