@Raziel

AmiKit still focuses on 68k software. A package for OS4 would be a COMPLETE different project. Not this time, sorry.

@zzd10h

2) If the numkeys work under WinUAE while they do not under E-UAE then there's something wrong with the emulation engine itself, not AmiKit. Try to take a closer look at E-UAE settings.

4) If you are using DOpus (the default environment in AmiKit) it is enough to right-click any image and select "Set as Background" entry. Or go to DOpus settings (right mouse click -> Settings -> Environment -> Backgrounds and configure it there.

If you disabled DOpus and switched to pure AmigaOS workbench (this can be also done temporarily if you hold Shift key during AmiKit startup) then the background settings can be set by AmiKit:Prefs/WBPattern program.

@Joeled

As far as your Android is at least v4.2 with ARMv7 or x86 CPU, it should work.

@328gts

AmiKit for real Amiga is a 16 color unofficial conversion and is made for AGA (68030 recommended). If you don't use graphic card drivers it will run with whatever hardware, but if you want to install RTG drivers you'll have to make that by your own first starting by disabling CyberBugFixAga, etc.

@Phantom

AmiKit USB Flash Disk boots into special Linux environment, called AmiPUP, where AmiKit 7 is pre-installed. AmiKit runs under E-UAE emulation there.

AmiPUP is a very small lightweight “live boot” Linux system built on the Slacko Puppy Linux distro and is customized to look like an Amiga.

AmiPUP works with almost any x86 computer (not including Macs) that can boot from CD or USB.

At boot, AmiPUP loads EVERYTHING into RAM, so all applications load blazing fast! Changes can be saved to the USB or multi-session CD boot device (or not at all). The host system is never touched.

@kas1e
Is there any changelog or not? If not, is it going to be there in final 5.9 release?

I am really curious what has been changed/improved.

For os3 just stress it in all ways, but what is important more is 64bit support for disks/partitions, as well as check is there something wrong happens with sizes of files when copy/rename/move them, when create directories , etc. I.e. basic DOS functions. And just test it in whole, because if there will be no bugs found in last days, we probably will go with that as 5.9 release.

Let me ask the question again: Is there any changelog so I know exactly what was changed and thus I can focus on what to test?

To stress it all ways or in whole, like you said, is like testing a black box.

I'll test it with AmiKit/OS3.9
Is there any changelog so I know what to test particularly?
