@LiveForIt
Pretty good, I haven't had any real problems at all. Of course it doesn't play everything.

@Mikey_C
I would like to answer but I only have an A1. I installed the latest SCUMMV for A1 and wow what a change in the front end, nice. Worked it out in the end,
Looks like your friend has an answer but perhaps this site is not going to be the best place for such requests, can we highlight classic somehow? It's not that we want to give the wrong impression.

@afxgroup et al This is something I feel strongly about. I use my A! by grace of such people and comapanies current and past.
I just put up another post and hope people will read it because all these issues are related.
How long do we go before our developers give in and move main stream. We have to do better. There are ways whcih should be discussed and at least this site permits that without interferrence.

@Swoop I love DrawStudio, I guess it's simplistic views belie it's true ablilities. I used this program to design (fairly simplistic) my airconditioning needs for my house, when I could not do anything similar on my PEECEEs.
I truly welcome it's return, a nice facelift to use AISS would be fantastic.

@BrandonLee Sorry forgot to mention FREESPACE, it work brilliantly and FAST. Sorry you probably didn't need to hear that! Try a reinstall.
Also did I mention Foundation Gold? Works perfectly, although I got no sound if I left the cd in, take it out and all is well, probably down to whichever CR/DVDROM I have hooked to aux.

Heh? What language is this that you guys are using-:)
Know what, it's great, here and on AW folk are now getting to the important stuff, discussing programming fixes, possibilities and techniques. Really is refreshing even if I haven't got a clue what they are on about!! -:)
Bring back the arguements!!!! (joking of course)

@BrandonLee Yeh, I thought Napalm was about to work but no go.
Exodus Works same but only after a reinstall.
Earth2140 Fast and stable as usual.
Quake 1 Works well
Quake 2 Didn't work for me and I cannot get it to reinstall with a GR on qtools, tried everything but will try something elese when I get a a backup of the Q2 directory from my brother (the install trashed the original)
Quake 3 Works well, stable as far as I can survive and that ain't long so I can't tell beyond that!
Warpsnes Fine using Amigainput from update 4
E-UAE, XMame, Frodo, VisualBoyAdvance,ScummVM and FPSE all work fine.
Netpanzer This one is strange, all of a sudden it was saving prefs in Cygnix (X11) and would not run. If I removed the assign to Cygnix it would run but die when trying to connect to a server. I need to look at this one more.
All in all pretty well everything works albeit some minor glitches.

This one is really from left field but years ago using SCSI on Amiga (and other platforms) termination was a real issue. Only a thought.

@PEB Tis a very nice program indeed , Tomasz has done very well given the difficulties under which he started programming this some years ago. Not only that, he kindly expanded his development to AOS4 as well as MOS, Classic and I believe soon AROS.
I urge evryone to support this development by paying the registration fee, this is a must have program for all Amiga flavours and is a shining example where the community can start to heal again.
Please also heed the author's directions for registration, there is no point sending cash or cheques just for him to be robbed via mail tampering.

@Valiant I like a lot of games but Exodus, it took a reinstall but now works fine under final. Others iclude;
1 E-Uae Covers just about all classic games. 2. Earth 2140 3. Frozen Bubbles 4. Scummvm (lots of games) 5. Soliton 6. Quake 3 (never very ggod at this). 7. Foundation Gold, although sound seems to have died under the latest release.

PS played around with Napalm under OS4 final it installs and gets much further than previously but fails on CGX screen request.

Earth 2140 works fine under AOS4 final. Fast, too fast unless you slow it all down through prefs. Go ahead and get it, I think you will like it.
