I use a Wacom Graphire4 classic A6 USB and found the following:

Using it with my Amithlon OS3.9 based system it works just fine, using Art Effect 4 with the tablet it even works with the pressure sensitivity etc. This system has latest (3.5) Poseidon and (1.22) ArakAttack installed. Only Art Effect has the built in drivers for pressure sensitivity which is a shame, would love to use Photogenics 5 with this feature enabled..... oh well!

When I tried it on my AmigaOne system with OS4 it worked but only as a mouse replacement with no pressure sensitivity working. But it is usable.

I totally agree with you there dude, was just thinking if there was a legal issue with Amiga OS 4.1 then pointing out that update could be 4.0.1

Well mu point of view is what OS out there is "Final"?

Final would indicate that it is finished, bug free and has everything in it that was intended!

Look at Windows, is that final other than last nail in the coffin? Even great OS's like Mac OS X (Tiger currently) are updated regularly, would think little updates like Amiga OS 4.0.1 would make sense, you know it's still Amiga OS 4.0 but with minor update 1...

Boy oh boy, what a Christmas present! Absolutely fantastic! I haven't had a really good chance to put it through it's paces as I am on nights until Christmas day

(sleeping by day working at night) but will soon give it a good go

PS: Expect a full detailed review in the next issue of Total Amiga magazine

Yes they need AC and DC power (oh er missus, I'm AC/DC!), air conditioning, alarm systems, emergency deisel generator sets, UPS's, and all manner of associated equipment! I maintain em all... well me and my team, at many Telephone exchanges in the city of London.

As well as maintaining the main site I work at London Teleport which is an Earth Satellite Station right next to the Woolwich Ferry (north bank).

Just found out that next year I am on long days (7am til 7pm) Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day

Not much fun for me then next year!

You will receive a re-subscribe form (if you live in Europe, Australia or Asia) with your last issue of your current subscription as they are sent direct from us. I believe Greg (for US and Canada subscriptions) has a list of subscriptions and will also know when it's your last issue and assume he will inform them!

Failing that just e-mail the editor Robert Williams (Rhino) at editor@totalamiga.org and he will let you know.
