I've been using it on my A1 and it works, I didn't install it though but copied it from my a4k. I've only used the JIT version (dynamic compilation) but I can't recall if I've tried it with update 2. It did work with update 1 one though.

It is, choose Input in sys:prefs, choose for example US International keyboard, click use, type shift+2 to get the at symbol, choose input again in prefs, switch back to you keyboard (swedish in my case). Facebook works :P

I actually got the eclipse one which is just as nice. It is full size with two windows keys representing the both amiga command keys and very nice to type on.

I also got a nice keyboard from a powermac but I actually prefer this keyboard.

Forgot to say that the only multimedia buttons are three small volume buttons to raise, lower or mute the sound.

The round button is for adjusting the strength of the backlight. You can also change between three backligth colors (one on my eclipse one). This is not important to me, the way the keyboard feels and and that it feels like good quality are more important, the backlight is just a bonus.

Some of the earlier versions was able to print out the first line fo text from multiview but anything else made it crash. I can't even get that far with the latest version, it crashes at once no matter what program I try to print from.

The printer is a HP LaserJet 1010

Yes at least the latest version(s) crash easily . I really hope for an updated version with the bugs fixed since the emulator are great once it works.

I had issues with my screen going blank when moving windows, requesters opening etc and I still do if I'm using the DVI port.

The issue remains with update 2 even though it isn't as bad as in update 1 but bad enough to be unusable. I've tried the automatic settings as well setting them in the tooltype of the monitor file but it doesn't work.

Hoping for a solution for the next update.

I don't know if this is expected but I thought that I should let you know that it didn't work here either with a hp laserjet 1010, I got crashes from notepad and amipdf.

I loved this game and I'm wondering if there are anything just as good as that game or a sequel on other systems? I got (except for my A1 ) a PC and a Wii... I don't think there are anything like it for the Wii though...

I want the game to be similar or like it...

There are a tooltype in your monitor driver called INTERRUPT and it should be set to yes for faster 3D... However if you play arount with the screenmode program in sys:prefs/ and save the settings the tooltype will be renamed INTERRUPTS which makes that tooltype being ignored since it isn't valid. So in that case you need to manually change the tooltype back to INTERRUPT by deleting the "S".

It was just a joke, I've registered FP as well and I like it very much. MakeCD used to be my favourite and I still use it to burn CD's, like allready mentioned it's really easy to use, drag the ISO to the window and burn.

Actually I haven't used AmiDVD much, tried it recently and it worked well. I hope to see some new versions of FP though.

The icons has never been loaded by datatypes but by icon.library... the newer version of icon.library adds support for plugins wich enables it to display other formats than the standard amigaos format (only png module exists AFAIK)... so it's like it's allways been just that the library has been updated with new features.
