Several people complained about not being able to resize the window vertically.
Have fixed this now,so this is just a quick release. No major changes really.

Changes:............



*The screen title now shows which version of ctorrent you're using.
*Removed the ratio (info) button in stats page,since it wasn't working.
*The window can now be resized vertically too. :)
