Java and Flash can get left out, these aren't important (and I say that as a Java programmer).
OpenGL improvements are a must. OpenGL 4 support is probably a bit much to ask I guess. OpenCL would also be handy, as well as something like Apple's simple multi-threading APIs using Objective C 'blocks'.

Surely they will just do more work on ReAction. Speaking of which, are they thinking of creating a multitouch interface - "Touch ReAction" is a nice brand.

I guess these could be ported with some effort from Linux, but they would be nice to have. Also Mac file system support, as a lot of Amiga users migrated to Macs.
