The 733Mhz Flex is has quiet the same speed than the 667er. I currently use the 733Mhz Flex and had the 667er before. I changed because the 667er had some hardware bugs so my dealer took the 667back and i bought the 773er. The speed is quiet the same.
I think you shouldnt change your sys. The SAM440 is a quiet nice hardware. Looks much better than the flex and the M9 Radeon with 64MB is enough for OS 4.1 any time.
