Have in mind that if you replaced all the Kickstart components with the old ones, if you apply the hotfix, you will need to copy again the newer kickstart components from the Update 2, because hotfix will not have all of them.

MarkDown editor and viewer is a must have app. Thanks Billyfish for doing this.

Don't forget that even other operating systems do not have a repo about everything, not even one solution about everything (i.e. FlatPacks vs AppImages vs Snaps). We are people and we like to have multiple solutions.

I like OS4Depot how it is, and it is not big deal for me to check two different websites. Although, I'd love to see more developers support AmiUpdate to be honest. It is a great app and should be used more, IMO.

We all are talking a lot about how much needed is a new browser based on latest WebKit. And looking how far the Wayfarer for MorphOS is going I was thinking what we need to make this happen.

For sure money but also knowledge and experience for someone to start doing this.

Would make sense to find a developer outside of the AmigaOS community, with experience on WebKit porting and ask him to create for us a webkit port that we can use in our system? For the rest of the browser features I believe we can manage.

For that person we can give him ready cross development environment with gcc8 and all the necessary libraries and SDKs to start working on it. A few people will have to cooperate with him on providing the necessary tools, so that he will not need to search for that and lose time and interest.

This person can give us an estimated cost for this project, which we might be able to collect if we all contribute.

Is it that crazy? That crazy that it might actually work?

Is there a possibility that the hard drive is broken? If you boot to MorphOS , can you see hard drive's contents? This should be possible if it is formatted using SFS or FFS.

I might be wrong, but from the serial log I don't think it recognizes your HD. Do you have any installed?
If not, do you have the boot CD in the dvd drive?
If that doesn't work, when you tried with the boot USB, you selected to "Boot from mass storage" at the boot menu, right? Did you connect the USB at the first USB port, at the back, top in the row, closer to the back of the tower?

Keep on using the serial connection because it will help you with messages.

You are right about these libs. It was my mistake I didn't include them, because I had the impression that those files exist in libs already.

I will see if we can add them in the Update 2 archive and fix this. But you can also copy them from the MUI 2020R3 archive as well.

Is there a possibility there is a key on your keyboard pressed or stack? Did you try to boot with your keyboard unplugged? also, every time you boot you need to setup the uboot config, or your selections are saved?

Hello guys,
Did anyone tried the latest 68k version of ImageFX, released by AmigaKit? I have the last released version from Nova, which I use for a long time now, but I wonder if the AmigaKit works better on AmigaOS 4, with out issues.

Also, at the last AmiWest 2020, Trevor mentioned the PPC version of ImageFX. Hope this will be released soon, but don't have any more info on that.
