Try to use AmiUpdate and update AmiDVD to newer version with X1000/SAM460 support IIRC

@kas1e Not sure, but in MUI:Libs/ they are 3 "extra" libs (btree, bzip2 and z) maybe one of those made tonyw's system unstable, just try to replace (if you have older versions) with the ones you have in Libs: (backup first the older ones, just in case...)

@LiveForIt You're right, I see now, mixed ppc<->m68k. So m68k.exe should work ok with those ppc_lib he created, maybe he is missing some kind of 16/32bit allignament. Better stop talking about things I don't know

Not sure but I thought from m68k.exe calling a PPC_lib was not possible, alas PPC.exe call m68_lib (creating ppc stub) yes. http://www.os4coding.net/blog/kas1e/h ... d-ppc-stubs-68k-librariesBut nice to see that you manage to solve it.

@pjs
Basilisk2 sources has "serial_dummy.cpp - Serial device driver, dummy implementation" so I can use it instead "serial_amiga.cpp - Serial device driver, AmigaOS specific stuff" is using now and upload and then you can test and see what happens.
EDIT1: just see makefile and it uses already "serial_dummy.cpp" for serial/parallel, so it doesn't use your serial/parallel devices at all. What program is showing such error? Your MacOS version please?

@davebraco
Uuuh, ¿:-/ never tested with FILESAVE as music unit. Will do some tests ASAP.
What sample rate do you get when setting AHI (music unit) to "normal" audiocard driver?
THX for testing
EDIT1: reading audio sources it opens UNIT 0 for audio, so debug output I'm showing is wrong. I need to change something to use MUSIC UNIT (or show UNIT 0 values) as output (don't know how to do it now, but will try...)

@davebraco Ok thx, will try to test those programs. http://jabirulo.site90.com/temp/BasiliskII_05ahi.7zIt tries to set frequency to 22050Hz, if not possible it tries (not tested) to set a valid value (44100Hz,...)

@davebraco
Ok, forgot to remove DEBUG output, will (re)compile a new one and post here ASAP. Will build a version that uses 22050Hz or upper if not avail and without debug output.
BTW what soft do you use/test under macos? I only tested with de ERROR (Quack sound) that comes in Audio Control.

@LiveForIt Just a few variables not initializated correctly. Although it freezes when you change inside MacOS sound output rate (HZ), so don't change it! :-p Can someone post what BaasiliskII ouputs as 'music unit' and Hz? TIA

@ddni -Will try to see that StuffIt v5.5. problem. Can you try with "non javier" BasiliskII version? -As I haven't (and won't) touch the emulation code can't do anything. -Yes is quite damm slow now, but as now is what we have. JIT? (maybe using euae_jit code? hint, hint) Not an experienced coders, so I'm afraid I can't do such thing. Can you try to use BasiliskII under X1000 linux?

Hi, just managed to get sort of bip bip with AHI, reworking/fixing part of audio_amiga.cpp source. At least it doesn't freeze system but don't get reliable sound output.

Think only method we have now is kas1e/Severin posted (or maybe with an ARexx script that uses wget/curl/TCP:).
