@Thematic
a1ide.device should be in SYS:Kickstart, otherwise the drives cannot be found until the kickstart has been loaded.
None of the AmigaOS installers put that device in Devs:, so I'm not sure what has happened here. More information would be handy, like which OS version you have, and how did you install it.

It seems the virus had penetrated my system more deeply that first though, which led to a system reinstall. This was why the SQL server was offline while the system was rebuilt.
Everything should be up and running again now, I can only appologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Hmm, I shall have to check this further, but at a quick glance the version and date are correct.

As Chris says, the CD is at priority 10, so I would suggest you lower your HD priorities accordingly, or hold down the "Scroll-lock" key after kickstart has loaded to enter the Early Boot Screen, where you can select the CD manually.

A GUI designer is in the works, although unlikely to make the initial release. There are more pressing issues.

While I'd love to let you have a copy of the current version, there are a few issues that I need to cure, and one involves waiting for a third party, so I'm kinda tied ATM

No need to be sad, once the program is released, I will be adding plugins for various languages as the time goes by. I'll obviously need some information about the language, but plugins will appear.
The priority right now is the C/C++ plugin, as that will be the one that will accompany the AmigaOS4 SDK

@freddix
The plugin system as it stands currently is way too involved to be able to open it up to the public. Codebench is really just a GUI to the plugin, which does all of the language orientated stuff.
As a result of this, it's not a simple case of writing a plugin in a few hours to support new languages.
The only official way to support future languages will be to wait for me to implement it, sorry.

I have my suspicions, yes, but I won't go into it here.
The database should be unaffected, so nothing was lost. Luckily I did a backup of it on Friday just in case.

Yes, it was a good all-round success, Relec say they had lots of interest.
Nice to be home though :)
