I agree with whose. The first link gives you the info to decide if you want the file, if you do, click the download link at the top. The second link is for those who know what the file is for & just want it.
I would prefer that ppl post the first link to their app so I can decide if it's something I want to try before downloading.

I just bought a 23" led monitor, native mode is 1920x1080. I'm using 1920x1080x16 on a micro, but it will go down to other resolutions, 1440x900 being the closest to what you would need.
I would buy a gfx card, if I were you, maybe an x1950 or a 9250. Just check to make sure one will work, if it does, you could use 1920x1080.

It's a fake icon. Workbench can be make to show only real icons or both real & fake. Files that don't need/have an icon are usually not seen, but can be made to show with a fake icon if desired. "Show only icons" or "Show all files", latter will show fake icons if a real one doesn't exist.

I have clipdown v3.1 set to "save (getvideo), it dl's to ram & I can play from there. I haven't tried an other clipdown options.
Also have wget v1.12r2 & getvideo v0.29.

I just needed to do this myself. The buffer defaults to 64Kb, to change it, set this variable in a shell, setenv KCon.prefs /////MAXBUF -128, thats 5 slashes & sets the buffer to 128Kb. There are other settings you can set between the slashes, but I had no need to do that. Make sure you save the file to SYS:Prefs/Env-Archive so you don't need to set the variable on every boot.

I don't have an SE, but looking at the picture, I'd guess you would need to pull the mother bd to replace the fan, as it might be bolted to the bd.

Try copying a 1GB movie to/from a usb stick & go take a nap.  Two more working with usb, Canon Power Shot A590IS & Sony Microvault 4GB stick. I have very good cooling on my micro, so overclocked to 867MHz for 3 days not long ago. Everything seemed to work fine until I tried my Sony stick, it would not read. Same with my camera, it stopped loading thumbs. Changed back to 800MHz & both worked again. Makes me think a lot of usb problems are h/w more then s/w.

I just bought AmiWebView, it opens in a small window & I need to make it bigger & set the column widths to read the cam entries. So how do I snapshot the window so it opens right all the time without having to re-set the window? No snapshot menu or tooltypes that I can see.

ffmpeg with ffmpegGUI, there's a switch in the video tab to disable it, just set up the audio tab for output.

Just nit picking, when you install KingCon, you dismount the default con handler and install a new one in L: that gives you scrolling history. So, the new shell will be a new con-handler.kmod in Kickstart, but the common term is still "shell".

It seems the "Duration" option doesn't work right in the new GUI. If I set the duration time to 60, or any other setting, the conversion doesn't stop at 60 sec. Setting the ffmpeg -t 60 option in a shell does work as it should.
