I have to say that even plain instalation (without proper drivers etc.) feels way faster that emulation run on 5600x with m.2 ssd. Currently I'm using old 7200rpm 2.5" HDD 🧓.

There are some glitches, like I can't boot from SD card and my slim DVD Rom stopped working when install is finished, cds will not be read. I hope there is fix for it i really like my slim case 😁.

I don't game much, but it would be nice to try some classic games under emulation, someday.

I also need to replace CPU fan, it's not laud but I can easily hear it. I think I will add some massive radiator to passively cool it.

AmigaOS installed, now time to configure it, update etc. etc.

It's looks like my slim DVD Rom doesn't work under AmigaOS (but I booted and installed AmigaOS using this drive?). When I switch to regular size DVD Rom (same cables) that one will work fine.

I tried to use R7 240 (I could see UBOOT)

I'm trying 7750, now it's stuck on AmigaOS 4.1 logo screen.

How long it takes to boot from SD card?

It's stuck on the screen "Loading done, now lunching kickstart", nothing happens after that.

Any sodimm ddr2 667 or 800 mhz, 200 pin, pc 5300/6400 will be fine.

Yes, I have everything ready to be put together. I found relatively... boring case (InWin Cj712), but I like small computers. It's low profile, and it will be great for low profile R7 240, Sound Blaster, Sata card.

I hope I will not have issues with installation or AmigaOS but and the same time "it's part of the process".

I think we don't have many options here. I believe they try to do what they can. Sure, giving inaccurate estimates is not great, but it's not like they produce San460 on regular bases. It's different when you have a "production line" vs. you try to make something "from time to time". Considering current issues due to way how governments handle covid, etc. I'm actually happy they can do anything. Elect better politicians, so they will not force you to stay home...

So, yes, I can't wait, but I'm waiting for it about 20 years, so I don't think it's Acube fault 🤔.
