Sam460ex + RX 550. Shaderjoy 1.4

With compositing disabled and VSYNC ON :

Dreaming Cube Snake = 30-32fps
Ball of fire = 58-60fps
Bubbles = 30-31fps (150fps with VSYNC OFF)

Is the 30fps with VSYNC a Polaris issue ?

I also have 30fps with VSYNC.
139fps without VSYNC .

Try with a different power supply if you can .
Once had a problem with SATA cards on my Sam460ex with a power supply that tested ok and worked pefectly on PC's but caused problems with SATA operations on the SAM460ex. Problems disappeared when I swapped out that individual power supply.

I wonder if the hold up could have anything to do with trying to find some option(s) for X1000 users ?. (Pure speculation on my part).


My role is as a Beta tester. One is not always allowed to be verbose .(I already overstepped earlier in the year).

I have tasked myself to push the video playback on Polaris as far as I can with the machine,components,drivers and software available to me. Interestingly this is an area that the actual Developers of the drivers and Emotion may not have had the time to explore.

Unfortunately with video cards "Supported" and "actual working on every AmigaNG model" are not always the same thing.

Heve not heard of any 3D issues with any RX550 or RX560 models thus far.
Only RX570 and RX580 models.

I would expect that only the initial communication needs this form.
Subsequent communication would probably be by regular email or phone .
So you could get someone to send through the initial request for you if you don't have access to a device that can handle the reCAPTCHA!. You could PM your basic info and your query for someone to send on. all responses would come back to your email address or Phone number

You are indeed correct in the case of the contact form.

The registration form on the A-Eon site is the area were an Amga browser agent bypasses the reCAPTCHA!.

Seems that the reCAPTCHA! is turned off when browser Ibrowse is detected .

Looks like the old OWB browser may also work.
