Didnt have any SSD the time i had XE. But i do have one in my X1000 and works ok.

I would suggest a bounty on fixing up HD-Rec and maybe do some rework or update it. For example fixing so it works with composition, now you have to use own screen without composition otherwise problems with gfx. Also crashes when switching between midi and audio window but can continue to work. With FE it crashes more also on start. Its opensource but written in amiblitz. However some plugins are in C or C++. So one need to know amiblits at least for fixing the program.

Would be great if we had some folks updating it from different amigasystems, some sort of cowork. Some fix stuff, some implement new stuff etc. (kicko wake up, your dreaming)

Im not much of a gamer but used to be in the 80-90s and less in 20xx. Chaos Engine was one of my favourite games. I took the 15 euro thing, hey my name will be there :) Its not much but i hope in the end the bounty is fullfilled. Ofcourse spreading the url on social sites is a must.

Hope to see a os4 version :) Would be nice to feel like i felt like playing chaos engine back in time. Hold my thumbs and toes.

X1000 is a cool machine not much running for the time beeing. Its mostly collecting dust but i power it on sometimes just to updated whatever comes. Its pretty dry on amiupdate since the news a bigger update will come later. As the work on x5000 drivers means os4.2 is even farther.

The most downthing was waiting for 3d drivers but as we got it (had to change gfx card to a supported) im in chill mode :) For the network driver im fine with the external card even if it would be nice to ditch it for internal.

On the music front theres not much from me. No updates of music apps i use(d) and some not have midi and other planned for some future. If i remember right hd-rec crashes more under FE.

The sunny weather is what takes time away from my x1000. Autumn and winter will for sure be more miggyn. :)

I just wish my x1000 would boot faster. My win10 with ssd boot in some seconds.

I never used WiFi with x1000. About Netgear products I always used their routers and all worked fine. My latest is asus just as I was curious and wanted usb3 (which I don't use). I could have gone further with Netgear if I didn't get the Asus. A little bit of unnecessary buy. My Netgear I had on my wall. The Asus can just stand (my model)

Im so happy i have warp3d not having to think about when does the drivers come. Ok i dont play much games but its good i can try out warp3d stuff whatever it is, apps, games, demos etc and they look like they should and fast :) Fired up some HunoPPC games and they all played fine.

Just had to say it again. I hope the evergreen drivers comes not too far away.

Whats cmplength for ?. I had it to 21 but changed now to 6.

I have the same problems with some applications that i use mui and other screens for with every change of new card. So i have to change them. Im no expert so i dont really know but right now with 7750 im fine :) Ill probably keep it for a while. Its not the faster ones but silent.

If you dont find any prefs inside the game archives maybe they are saved somewhere in the envarc or its subdrawers ?. Maybe google if you havent done yet for the games.

I tried supertux for the first time on warp3D. Works ok. If i raise resolution some parts are damaged in the gfx. Fullscreen makes the screen just white.

Check Frogatto/userdata/ maybe preferences.cfg or the save.cfg have the settings to the screenmode. Just rename them and copy over the original from the original archive.

I have also problems with 1920x1080. It crashes sometime on exit but i can continue with it, however it can hang the system sometime in the gui/video or at exit.

About this settings. Is that like rate ? for example 48khz ? If so then i better enable it myself on x1000 for my ESI Juli@
