Althugh I have sorted how to run the game it just crashes as soon as it is launched and locks up workbench requiring a hardware reset.

Anyone else experienced this that could give me a clue on what to do?

Me again (bet some of you are sick of me right about now).

Struggling to run Earth 2140.

I can launch the game in 800x600 mode and although menu screens are fine the game screen is a corrupted mess.

Although I have installed powerpc.library from WOSEmu, the WOS version still asks for powerpc.library version 7 when I try and launch.

A bit stuck what to do.

I am havving difficulties with a few other games, that other people have got working under OS4.1, so I am wondering if its time to back-up my stuff and wipe the hard drive and re-install the OS apply all updates and see what a fresh installation gives me.

Even with RTG master and update installed the game crashes, something to do with Ramlib.

Any one else experienced this?

Installed the iconmodule, rebooted and re-un-packed the archive and the icon appeared like magic

LOL , already had an 060 @ 66MHz, 64MB Ram Voodoo 3 3000 16MB ram powderes 1200, but its currently out of comission (i'll find out whats wrong with her someday.)

Unpacked on my Sam460 under OS4.1

Tried using show all files, it only brings up a draw called 'base', no executable files at all.

On the amigasoft.net website their are 2 archives to download,

One is the game (circa 340mb) and the other are the Linux datafiles.

I downloaded the 'game' archive.

Is this not the correct one?

Their doesn't appear to be any other files to download.

Hi broadblues,

If I select show all files, it brings up a draw called BASE, which has lots of draws and files inside (mostly cgf files), but nothing that looks like it could start the game.

Maybe they updated the game but forgot to add in the icon?

Would it be possible for you to email me the icon you have to see if it as simple as adding it in and clicking on it for me?

Ive got a copy of Baldurs gate here but my windows laptop has gone to silicon heaven. Until I can save up to get a new one does anyone know what files I need to get off the 5 CD's(!) and copy over to so that I can get it running under GemRB??

Downloaded this UFO Enemy Unknown clone from AmigaSoft.

Unpacked the acrchieve, but their appears to be no icon to actually start the game.

How do you get this thing running??

I can install Foundation Gold edition fine on my OS4.1 system, however I cant play the game without setting up and saving the preferences using the included program.

The problem is its so badly rendered in OS4.1 that I cant actual save any changes I make (the save button is not visible).

Has anyone got a work around/solution or even been able to get Foundation to run under OS4?

Anyone know what steps I need to take in order to get Nightlong to run under OS4.1 (if possible??).

(You might see quite a few of these pop up as I try to get more and more of my stuff running).
