The bug which gives a +1 number to any inserted CD/DVD has been corrected in latest update AFAIR so maybe you might have to change the settings ??

I would not say it is working fine on OS4 :
- browsing with keyboard is broken
- contact list is broken (guru when adding someone + saving)
- mbox export is broken (guru) meaning you can not export your mails to something more recent like the email clients provided by Cygnix...

it is my mail client since a long time and it is useable but would not state "working fine" !

maybe the first assign is not needed ?? I dont recall modify it manually...

I am getting from time to time an error when I boot my machine (x5000 running latest OS4FE1upd2), which force me to make a cold boot :

ASSIGN: invalid device name "AmiCygnix"

even though the assign (and execute) is/exists in my user-startup.
anyone experienced this behavior ?

great news ! Thx to zzd10h and Javier for the update.

sadly there is still no support for p50x0sata.device in the IDEtool tab.
I told zzd10h years ago (in 2018 actually) about it and he said he can not do anything because ztools relies on IDEtool so if this program does not support the device, it is a dead end !

same here under heavy CPU loading mostly Odyssey related or copying/unarchiving !
My USB mouse became unresponsive, slows down and jerky so I revert back to original kernel and all is fine again.

Here wordwrap does not work and I dont see WORDWRAP in the options :

2.5. Dynamic recompilation for PowerPC and POWER8 (ppc64le)

Roughly two years ago jmarsh of the vogons.org forums published a feature-complete dynamic recompilation patch supporting the PowerPC (32-bit) architecture. This was quickly expanded by the community to support the POWER8 (64-bit) architecture as well. Both patches (with slight improvements) were merged to DOSBox Staging.



Shoutout to AmigaOS community for help with thoroughly testing this significant PowerPC contribution! :)

I dont if it is a bug or a missing feature : correct me if I am wrong but MultiEdit and Multiviewer seems to share the same root so why in the former (MultiEdit) I can scroll my open file with the page up/down cursor and not in the later (Multiviewer) ? really annoying to scroll with the mouse wheel lengthy text...

not the core but I purchased the plus edition years ago for my X-5000, that was updated as the updates were released (up to v1.5) but I dont see any toolbar.gadget in classes/gadgets either in SYS: or in the archive of v1.5 (support or installation files).

EDIT: it is also not in v1.4 which seems to be the earliest version I got so how to I get the older package so that this gadget gets installed (and hopefully updated) ?

EDIT2: ok got it ! I did not know you can download (and install) without having a prior version installed.

MultiEdit was updated to v1.13 but does not start (only the debug showed its GUI but at v1.12) and regarding the toolbar.gadget v53.1 AmiUpdater can not find it locally ?????

so how to update both ?
