We (Amiworx and me) are working on a Mega Man like Run and Gun game called "Projekt Lila" (Project purple)

The game will be a mix of Mega Man and the atmosphere of the japanese PSX game Einhänder (german voice-over).

It will be available for 020 Amigas and we will provide executables (using UAE) for AmigaOS4, AROS, MorphOS, Windows, OSX and Linux.

The limited CD-ROM edition will contain all executables and will be printed only one time.

The MOD-Soundtrack has been done by Amiworx based on their Blue Metal Rose songs including voice samples.

The game will be available for pre-ordering on www.ares-shop.de starting this friday.

I have added a PDF which shows the "gifts" subscribers can request : )
Some software options like AMC, Projekt Lila and more will be added sooner than later..

Did you close the App Store and relaunched?
And it still says "Downloaded" ?
If yes this is indeed a bug..

Can you delete the content of:
YOUR-PATH-WHERE-THE-APPSTORE-IS/TMP/CACHE

delete everything in /cache

This will force the store to fetch all informations again from the server...

Step by step.

1. Open the App Store
2. Login
3.Click on app-store icon (top left)
4.Click on the magnifier icon (top right)
5. Type in field with the "*" "amicloud"
6. This will show you only AmiCLoud and saves your time : )
7. Click on the icon from the "AmigaOS4 beta version"
8. Click on "download"
-> now it immediately gets added to the Download manager (you can open it in advance to see if it is added)
9... normaly in a few seconds it is downloaded to the download-folder.

I have tested it right now and it should work that way.

Hi,
the "install button" is just a place-holder... the App Store is still in "beta3" from march 2015... it will now be updated as next project (we are hopping from one thing to another like electrified bunnies : ) )

We add it definitely to the next steps.

With the existing App Store client you must think around corners ; )
So if you click on download -> it will be added to a second program running in the background called "Download-manager"
Check the Workbench, you will find a small iconified symbol.
Double-click to enlarge it.

There are all downloads added to a queue.
AmiCloud is quite small so it disappears really fast so the list may be empty.

Whatever... for now you need to go to the indieGO drawer on your hard drive and open the "download" sub folder... there you will find amicloud.

Next version will have those things fixed... We decided to work on AmiCloud with 100% and after this on the App Store again.

Things will be good at the end : ) ... it takes just a while

Update function is not yet implemented in the client.
If you "download" it again you will always get the latest version

a new amicloud client for AmigaOS4 is available now in the indieGO!-Appstore.

- Enhanced the way the debug output is delivered and activated, now you can configure
the debug output editing the files:
- appdata/debug_acm.txt

These files are plain text files with lot of comments and descriptions to explain
each available options.
- Taken into account the server answer time to compesate timing errors and avoiding
unecessary synchronizations. These problems was noticed on very slow Internet
connections and/or when Internet bandwidth was used by other applications.
- Ignored (from synchornization) files starting with a dot (.) to avoid unwanted
synchronization of hidden/system files. This was mainly needed for Linux and MacOSX
host systems.

---i have added the drawer and icons from Tommysammy to the AmigaOS4 versions.

All version use now the "banner" made by Tommysammy.

Price is now 1000indieCoins aka 10€ and the storage is now 2GB during beta period.. later even larger and every beta tester will get always twice the storage of "normal" users which buy it after beta period.

EDIT:
So far only the new OS4 version has been uploaded.. the others will follow but as usually something came in between.. Maybe i can update MorphOS and AROS version later.. the others tomorrow.

A drawer.info and the sharing thing?
About the sharing.
Normaly the URL is copied to the clipboard when you click on share.
You don't need to open the list again and click on "get link".

Can you please try it. For me it works..

About polling:
There is a button on the top right which looks like a "play"-button of a DVD-player. You can click it to pause amicloud. The button will change to a "pause"-button. You can resume with another click on it.

I will write a guide as soon the new client is ready so the pictures match the final design.

At the end we will add a external tool written in c which will tell amicloud to to do a sync only when the content of the folder gets changed.

For now you can use the pause/resume button to do it manually.
But maybe adding a variable setting doesn't hurt.

This is a thing for the next client... : )

Fabio is optimizing the client a bit so we can release a first update tomorrow late evening.
This version will also show the amicloud banner made by tommysammy.
Also the OS X version will be available which is important for me : )

About the price... I thought to offer bundles like
Bundle 1= Windows, OS X, AmigaOS 4 Versions for 15€
Bundle 2= os4, aros, morphos Versions = 15€

So basically it costs 5€/Client if someone chooses a bundle.

In January we will start with additional functions and pro accounts
On the todo list:
Converting movies/images by the cloud
Virus scan (choose files which shall be uploaded temporary for scanning)
VM pool (run Aros, aeros, Linux, reactos on your workbench)
.....

Last day where you can get AmiCloud for 5€... : )
