I got message for somebody who has had same problem and he did quite much investications about it and didin't no any reason, but it disappeared itself when he keep computer turned on several hours.

D-Link DWL-G520 doesn't work with Sam Flex

I deleted all files, though they cannot be reason of delayed boot. It happens BEFORE any text appers to screen, in a fact there is a text "no signal", no UBOOT texts or kickstart. Screen is totally blank about 30 sec, then UBoot appears.

Didn't found any command to reset default settings, with help command on UBoot shell??????

Ok I'll remove g520 but boot is still a problem. Any suggestion to solve a problem?

I have some problems with my Sam Flex. I belive that all started when I tired D-Link DWL-G510 wlan adapter wich didn't have atheros chipset.

No boot takes rquite near 30 sec before I get any text to screen. UBoot reset how to do it???

Now I have a D-Link DWL-G520 wich is 100% sure atheros 5000 device compatiable, but Wirelessmanage gives a DSI error and same happends with atheros.device

Something wrong with my PCI settings??? Even wired network doesn't work any more. Ranger shows a D-Link OK, ar5212/5213 adapter

I belive that I would need to reset to UBoot to default settings.

Chris: Do I remember that you have checked Calligra suite sources already? Now QT starts to be usefull and Calligra is at least advertiset to be "relatively easy to port", would it be possible to implement?

Added and then removed. I bought D-Link DWL-G510 Wland card, but it was a rev C1, wich means it is Ralink card, so it don't work with new Atheros 5000 driver.

I realised that I did tested WLAN card wich I take out soon after I was sure that it woun't work with atheros driver. Could it be reason of this?

My Sam started to act like this :

Turning ON takas about 20-30sec, before anything appear to screen, I mean UBoot/any text. OS loads fast as usual.

I've already tested without CD-Drive and changed hard disk.

This started yesterday, without any hardware changes, I belive OS doesn't matter in this problem.

I tested 15 minits ago that D-Link DWL-G510 C1 doesn't work :(

My DWL-G510 card arrived today, but it seems to be rev C1 wich should mean it is RAlink card. :(

Does any one know, would miniPCI to PCI adapter work? Seems that I can't found now PCI card with atheros chipset, but I could get MiniPCI->PCI adapter and miniPCI card with atheros chipset.

I belive that this would work, IF miniPCi to PCI adapter is OK.

Currently I have my sam connected to D-Link access point. Problem is that I have two of them turned ON all the time and they don't like each others. If I want to print, I need to turn off and on D-link connected to my HP Laserjet. About a hour and they are shooted each others down, Sam or printer doesn't work until I reboot access points, until it happens again...
