Don't Use ClipSelect 1.0 !!!

. . .use version 1.1 instead.

If you already downloaded version 1.0, and if you are at all interested in using ClipSelect, please download and use version 1.1 (from OS4 Depot) instead---it is much more stable (in fact, I have been testing it heavily and cannot crash it no matter what I try).

@klesterjr

Thanks Ken!

Glad to see your FryingPan skin available again. (I thought that I had lost it a couple months ago before I found a backup on my HD).

Some of those wallpapers are new to me too.

Re: I need a custom gfx manipulation program.

@lazi

You could just add the most common picture ratios (4x6, 5x7, 8x10) and assign them to numbers 1-3 so if the user presses any of these number keys the pre-assigned ratio is used.

Edit: I forgot to mention that for this ratio cropping, I would not want the picture scaled at all, but just having the original size image cropped to match the on-screen display.

Thanks.

@xeron

Thanks for the update. Would you consider adding the option of using aspect ratios for cropping (like 4x6, 8x10, etc) instead of screen resolutions?

@lazi

Nice job Lazi!

A couple of things, though. Using version 0.2:

*The "toolbar" that appears at the top doesn't seem to do anything.
*The instructions that appear on the screen say that the "Enter" key will crop and scale the image; but the "SPACE" key does this.

Anyway, keep up the good work! (And keep showing off what can be done with Hollywood.)

@xeron

Nice, easy to use program.

Suggestions:
*Allow for cropping without scaling.
*Allow for the selection of common photo ratios (4x6, 8x10, etc.).

Very nice!

I love the minimized look of the "shield" skin. (I just wish that it was available on other screens )

@bean

Looking good.

I'm sure everyone here (including yourself) is quite anxious to see you complete what is on your list.

Is it going to be possible to have the new TuneNet skinnable control interface appear on different screens, so that one could control the playing of music through TuneNet while working on a separate screen?

Thanks,

@Elwood

Both of these were demos of the latest internal beta versions.

I am NOT a beta-tester for either of these programs, but from what I have read:
*The main new feature in Tunenet is its skinnable interface.
*The main new feature in DVPlayer is the ability to play wmv files.

I too am eagerly awaiting the public release of both of these fine programs!
