was thinking of getting a TV card for my Sam & thought it would be nice to have a hardware list for the Sam flex as it would have saved me some time when putting my own system together.

could have sworn I saw one but I can't find it now? is there an up to date list of 'known' hardware that works with Sam flex and OS4.1

Hans-Joerg Frieden and Thomas Frieden work already since
quite some time on a fully AmigaOS native port of Mozillas'
Firefox webbrowser!

Because of the unrealistic terms and conditions of the AmiZilla
bounty, it was decided to start a new bounty only for AmigaOS 4.1

Timberwolf is the project name of the AmigaOS port of the Firefox web

would mlove to know which card that might be?....it's rumoured that a 'hacked' copy of v5.20a is floating aorund and it works great on the Sam flex..perhaps this is the way to go then

now that's a tight fit !..it's nice to have it small & save space but I'm a bit paranoid about air flow in my systems...don't care what anyone says..the better heat dissipation = longer lifespan of MB & CPU

ah problem solved...I had to go through workbench to see the .lnk files as for some reason they didnt show up when using DOpus ?

i mean dektop..not panel..all I have in my Home:idesktop/ drawer is 'shutdown.lnk"...don't see any other icons there

i agree and if it gives me another problem I will get rid of it & buy another card...till then its working fine ...been on the last 4 hours playing tunes in the background while I work on a spreadsheet for work on my Sam

oh also what sound card do you recommend as being most compatible with OS4.1 & can power 4 satellites & a sub nicely?

hmm well I know the card is fine as it has been working flawlessly in an old pc for over 3 years...got a feeling its a driver of AHI settings problem..maybe power saving issue on the Sam??...still experimenting as I'm not ready to give up just yet

hehe..nah I did'nt mean to reinstall OS4.1! I just recopied the AHi file from the startup CD into the PREFS drawer & all is fine with my AHI settings again but I still get that damn crashing of all sound after 3 to 4 minutes
