I have similar error with BTanks, crash on diskboot.config, or this seems.

There's a dos.library update today, but still fails.

In my system fails too.

But, I use Winbar Docky, and send to front the windows from it.

The server of AmigaOs don't work for me.
I try it all the day, without luck.

Exist PCI Extenders, but I don't know if it works in Amiga Hardware.

The version in OS4Depot Uploads don't work, all the games test give me an error.

The version to download works fine.

Are you sure that your monitor accept resolutions beyond 12280x1024 ?

If it accepts this resolution, but not bigger, I think you have the same problem that me. the monitor, my HP 1740 don't displays more than 1280x1024.

With modern monitors I have more resolutions.

Try RunInUAE. it's a fantastic program, it install all the necesary files and configs to work whit UAE, and OS 4.1u5 give you all the ROMS and WB3.1.
