I used AmiDVD and it worked great! I personally have'nt had much luck with Frying Pan as I find AmiDVD to be more user friendly

anybody get this classic to work?? get as far as the startup screen and then always get a guru??tried a million configs with kick 1.2..

@trixie actually problem solved in that it was only a few games & not Tunenet or Octamed SS etc. thankfully

@ChrisH re-installed for the 3[rd time & now I can get some ADF's to work when i drop them in AmiDock....still no success with my old 68k stuff off my 1200 though

sorry Chris I forgot to add that even if I drop a single adf that worked with the old version onto the AmiDock I still get the same message...I will try re-intalling it again...

how can I keep my sound on when the screen saver/blanker kicks on?? I like to hear game music/tunes in the background while I'm working

I get 18:36:21 with a Samflex@800, 1GB Ram, Radeon 9250 with 128MB running OS4.1 Update1 keep em coming guys

As I'm a newbie to Blender, can anyone recommend a nice complicated drawing that we can all render using Blender and compare rendering times here? Thanks again for the great port Andy UPDATE: let's use this test render recommended by Tomas (over at AW.net): http://eofw.org/bench/update: fun to see this old thread pop back to life after almost 12 years so let's add some 'newer' OS4.1 hardware running OS4.1 FE Update 2 figures just, as always, for fun and because we can   hoping to see some A1222 figures here eh

@trixie uhh the Palm Treo is a smart phone and so is the Palm Pre @ChrisH I doubt that as palm makes some pretty nice smart phones as noted above

sounds like a great idea! I have a Palm Treo 680 & would love to able to sync it to my Amiga; however, I use a database program called HandBase for work on a daily basis and I must be able to backup the info in this program as well.
anyhow I'm sure there are many PalmOS users out there (lik myself) that would appreciate even a basic sync program to their Amiga systems

I assume you tried starting it the right way now? And it works?
sorry Chris....I typed that message on my phone while I was in the doctors office..what i meant to say is that when I drag a game folder containing 2 adf's into the AmiDock icon of RuninUAE I get a screen saying that the file is not 68k??? this exact same folder worked fine with the previous version of RunInUAE... I also noticed that the nice icon you had is gone in this R3 release?

At the moment I can't print at all on my OS4.1 system as I am waitiing for RWO to give us a DOT4 USB driver for OS4.1 as my LaserHet 1012 won't work at all via USB till that happens...perhaps your HP might work again with a DOT4 driver??

good idea about categorizing but for now at least if someone has a device they can find it alphabetically & see if anyone else has confimed it working on OS4.1 before they buy it or use it...

I think you are trying to start it wrong: You must NOT drop the program on RunInUAE's window anymore. Instead you must double-click the program (OR drop it on RunInUAE's icon in the AmiDock).
