@kas1e

As I have the same, I believe it happened when registering for the enhancer software core when I already have the full enhancer pack.

I had the same results on Win10/RadeonRX as you did on Win10/RadeonHD and Nova.

@blmara

The links provided do not replace the psu leads, they extend them while at the same time converting, so you have however long your current psu connector is 'plus' 10cm.

it all depends which type of connector you are going to use as to how long it will be in total.

@blmara

you can buy converters, depending on what connection you can spare to turn into a PCI-E 8 pin.

6-Pin PCIe to 8-Pin PCIe Adapter

15-Pin SATA Male to 8-Pin

8-Pin PCIe to Molex (2x) Power Cable - be aware that you need 2 free molex connectors for this to work

These are examples so that you can buy from your prefered site.

Sounds like this issue I raised for my Sapphire RX580 Nitro+ 8Gb card.

Updates for the RadeonRX Driver have not been released to the public yet as the latest is still at v1.11.

you can use http://www.amistore.net/ to test the username and password, and also change the password too.

FYI I had problems logging in when changing the password to one that included special characters.

you need to be in the “build” directory when you run cmake.

Kas1e covered this in the first post.

Quote:

Today more often used CMAKE, so to made good use of it on cross-compiler, you always can follow just that way:

Quote:

$ cd your_project
$ mkdir "build"
$ cmake \
-DCMAKE_SYSTEM_NAME=Generic \
-DCMAKE_SYSTEM_VERSION=1 \
-DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release \
-DCMAKE_C_COMPILER="/usr/local/amiga/bin/ppc-amigaos-gcc" \
-DCMAKE_CXX_COMPILER="/usr/local/amiga/bin/ppc-amigaos-g++" \
-DCMAKE_LINKER="/usr/local/amiga/bin/ppc-amigaos-ld" \
-DCMAKE_AR="/usr/local/amiga/bin/ppc-amigaos-ar" \
-DCMAKE_RANLIB="/usr/local/amiga/bin/ppc-amigaos-ranlib" \
-DCMAKE_FIND_ROOT_PATH="/usr/local/amiga/ppc-amigaos/" \
..

And then "make".

@kas1e

I have built this using the instructions. This was using a new install of Cygnix and using also the same paths as in the HOW_TO_BUILD_AMIGAOS4.txt document.

The only change i made was for the initial 'make' line to try and speed it up. I used "make -f Makefile owb -j$(nproc)" instead of "make -f Makefile owb -j4" which uses the number of threads available on my CPU instead of using a set number (in this case 4).

Thanks for everything you've done to get this in place.

@tonyw

I had already taken everything out and back in again a couple times, but not the CR2032 so I swapped that over as well.

It still didnt work after all that but as i was swapping the CR2032 back over i noticed that the ATX plug was ever so slighlty out on one side. One careful push later and the machine boots again.

At least i now know the cause and if this same issue happens to someone else at least there is now this thread.

@LiveForIt

from the manual

Quote:
Cyrus Plus uses standard 1.5V DDR3 DIMMs, 1 socket for P3041 and 2 sockets for P5020/P5040.

The board has been qualified with unbuffered non-ECC DIMMs. For the latest information on recommended DIMM module types, please contact your reseller.

It is recommended to use DIMMs in matched pairs.

@Antique

I have another 4gb dimm, and the X5000 was working fine with both, but it doesnt matter which one i put in, or both in a different order, i still get the same issue.

I have kept it as a single dimm just to try and minimise what is connected.
