On X1000 I don't have any problems with sound or crashed, neither with yesterday's version nor with today's builds.

Anyway issues core of dosbox itself also probably will be as it, as it up to dosbox authors.

Yes Your last and previous version the same problem:

Old Corto Version no problem:

I also found a small problem.
If video is not scaled (scaler = none), then lo-res mode is not centered in fullscreen mode.

WELL. If you can complete the installation of Windows 95, please complete the tutorial.

How you run quake1 timedemo ? Something like "timedemo demo1"

Yes timedemo demo1, new DOSBox 9.7fps, old version 2.7fps.

BTW
Have you tried installing Windows 95? I tried, but unfortunately the command to create filepartition - imgmake does not work.
I can't mount blank filepartition file downloaded from the internet.

@kas1e

Thanks a lot.
Quake Timedemo - 9.7fps on X1000, almost 4 times faster than before. For X5040 I cannot give the results because NDA, but it is known that in the case of DOSBox equipment much faster than X1000.

As far as I know, you can't install Windows 95 on the Amiga version DOSBOX 0.74, probably (although I have never checked myself) it was possible to do it on version 0.73.

@kas1e

Of course beta.
The public AmigaOS 4 for X5040 does not exist (and in the public version for X5020, the AmigaOne X500 does not boot), so I thought you were asking for a non-public DOSBox - DOSBox-X 0.82.2, which was discussed on Amigans.net a year ago. I know that some people got this version of DOSBox for testing, but I don't have it,that's why I use the last release from OS4Depot.

@kas1e

I have never tried to run Mortal Kombat 3 on DOSBox, because I can do it on MAME, SNES, PSX emulator etc.

I play games that are neither on the Amiga nor on consoles, e.g. Heroes Of Migt and Magic or Settlers II. These games don't crash. My DOSBOX configuration looks like this:

# This is the configurationfile for DOSBox 0.74.
# Lines starting with a # are commentlines.

In the case of recording Workbench or light system applications on my X1000, I recorded:

AVI

20fps
Bilinear Filtering on

Of course, when you record more demanding things, eg an image from E-UAE, such settings definitely lack power, so I finally bought an HDMI grabber.

For AmigaOS 4 is one more GLExcess compilation by Huno . There the sound works and nothing is suspended neither under the MiniGL 2.21 nor under 2.23. Only it can not be found on the internet, because it was attached to the commercial Huno game CD, released a few years ago by Acube.
