After few more tries (without any batter change) the system booted. Then, after a reset, the black screen, again.

Well, now I centered the monitor's display and I can see blinking underscore (_) at the upper left corner.

Is it still the battery symptom?

Also I noticed the first message after power on (when system works) is this:

SCSI: Error SCSI Controller (1000, 000F) not found
Net: 3com 3c920c#0

What that means?

After a long time I turned A1 on, it booted into WB without any problem. But after a few resets it doesn't start anymore. Only black screen is displayed even after turn-off and turn-on. No kickstart loading, nothing... any help is appreciated! Thanks!

2007 was a free upgrade to 2006. I don't remember there was a full 2007 installer or CD. Therefore I assume the file structure of 2007 is the same.

Beware of Moneybookers! Even though my account was verified, they locked it anyway just because they considered my transactions as suspicious or something.

Now they force me to explain all the transactions, scan my ID documents and to do plenty of other nag procedures - which are completely not worth the time just to unlock my 10 eur balance...

Note that during 3 year period of (not) using my Moneybookers account the total sum of processed money did not exceed 20 Eur. Hell, that's soooo suspicious account!

So at the end Moneybookers kept about 50% of my money that is definitely more than PayPal's 10%...

No, it was not very easy to set up (for me). I entered all the data correctly but it refused to work. Then I disabled some option, enabled it again and suddenly it works... Anyway it uses GUI for all the settings so it's fine.

It is able to use WEP encryption. I think that with combination with router's MAC filtering it is safe enough.

I've ordered a wireless card for my A1 on Thursday afternoon. Today, on early Monday morning, the postman woke me up with a parcel from UK!!
