At the adtools repo there is a wrong link at the native-build/makefile, where it downloads the SDK 53.24 instead of the latest 53.30. have a look at https://github.com/sba1/adtools/pull/55/commits

Since it is on GitHub you can fork the repository and make your changes there. Then you can make pull requests from you repo to Yam's repo, and describe your changes. Then Yam's developers can decide if they want to merge your changes into their code or not.
This way, if someone else wants to download your fork and compile it, he will be free to do so.

I have a few questions: 1. Is it possible to compile for 68K as well with that installation? If this is possible, do we need the OS3 NDK installed somewhere? 2. The OS4 SDK is not needed at all, or should we add that later?

Great guide Kas1e, as always. Do you mind to add that at os4coding.net as a blog post as well?

@apsturk That's great news. Are there going to be DIY boards, for us to populate our own switches and keycaps? For example, might someone want to use different keycaps, maybe with local characters, as well as switches with leds. Or even build on himself.
Also, at the latest AmiWest it was mentioned that there will be someone from UK who will build these as well, to reduce P&P costs. Do you have any more info to share on that?

@BSzili Nice work there. Is there a list of ready made games that are supported and we can test?

@k-l It seems write protected, because of the FS AmigaOS recognises. This is my guess.

USB shown having CDFS filesystem

Hello guys, I have here a Kingston Datatraveler 4GB USB 3 which when I use it on AmigaOS 4 computers is visible, but not writeable. The system shows that it has CDFS and the size of the USB disk is wrong.
Tried to format by media toolbox, but it didn't work, as it believes it is a CD. Tried to change it's FS from USB MassStorages utility (CTRL + ALT + m) but it is not possible to format it or change it's FS.
Any clue how I can format it to NTFS or FAT, without put it to any PC?
Thank you for your ideas and help.

Re: Upgraded to Amiga OS 4.1 FE no SSL SSL NOT WORKING!

For the included OWB there is an envarc file you have to create that makes the program to ignore the SSL errors.
By heart I think the filename must be IGNORE_SSL_ERRORS and must have a value 1
I might be wrong. Test it and if it doesn't work, check OWBs documentation.

@andy Is there a possibility to see any enhancements or bug fixes at the awebcharset.awebplugin? For example, if someone uses it and enables the charset from a button or a menu, and then click refresh, then the character change is not working. He has to go to an other link in the same website to see it working.
Also, can this be more automatic for not experienced users? Or get a config tab in Browser configuration where the user can set it work? I guess that a lot of users do not know that this plugin exists. This way AWeb will become more usable for users that visit websites in other languages than English.

The developer of the MorphOS instant messaging app Kwakwa open it's source at github ( https://github.com/widelec-BB). Is it possible to be ported to AmigaOS 4? Is there anyone who would like to test it and maybe do the port?

@broadblues I use the IBrowse 2.4. I had to make the AmiSSL changes they recommend to their website and the TLS env variable set. Also, if you check the Amikit installation, the IBrowse works fine, at least with the site I mentioned.

I use such an SSL at my other websites, like amiga.gr and I managed to make IBrowse read it just fine. The only problem was that it seems slower to get the data. I didn't manage to make AWeb to work though. Maybe it needs some more work to find where the problem is.

Can YAM have the email view at the right

I would like to ask if it is possible to set YAM to show the email at the right and the emails list to be in the middle. Most programs at the PC does that and I would like to see if this is possible on YAM too.

This can be done easily. I only consider those who might have issues with their browsers.
Do you guys have issues visiting other websites with https?

Maybe the latest MOS version has fixes and better features that could be used from OS3 and OS4 users, if the program was compiled. I remember voyager to be a very good browser. People who still use AWeb and IBrowse might also like to use Voyager too.
So if someone could compile it, I would use it. I wouldn't replace Odyssey of' course.
