just a simple question, i am customizing my workbench and i don't know how to change color of the top part of amiga windows..

here a grab of my current setup:

If the top border is "skinned" using a bitmap, you have to change the bitmap.
The file should be somewhere in SYS:Prefs/Presets/Default/Common/Bitmaps/

The top border is a bitmap, you can find out which in the GUI prefs Styles section.

You will need either to use a bitmap of the desired colour or delete the one there and revert to the colour/gradeint settings you have, by the sound of it, already entered.
