Just a little something that sprang to mind as my cpu in place (Motorola MPC 7447/7457 Apollo) does not (at least, it's not working).

TAU = Thermal Assist Unit

So one could use CPUTemp.docky...

Thanks

Hi Raziel,
That's a good question! Years ago, I had a Dell GX280 & XP shut down when the fan stopped working. Nice; no damages; just had to replaced the fan.

I doubt very much anyone would write such a program for the X1000 apart from the mentality of because one can since the actual CPU can function perfectly fine under extreme tempertures without a fan and its got a good fan for good measure anyway

Thanks for the insights guys

@sundown

Would it be possible to enhance CPUTemp.docky to read those values?
Given those registers(?)/values(?) are accessable from OS4...

@sundown

Understood

I tend to believe such a program will surface once the X series has been brought to a wider audience

Thanks a lot for testing
