You need RAPlay off Aminet and if you want to stream them files, you also need StreamRA

edit:

In this archive there is also an ARexx script to stream .ra files straight off
the web using the widely used .ram files .. to use this you need to get and
install rxsocket.library (which you should anyways, it rules) and set the
following MIME-types in your favourite browser:

MIME: audio/x-pn-realaudio
Extension: ram
Ext. Viewer: (selected)
Viewer: SYS:RexxC/RX
Arguments: Your:Path/StreamRA.rx %f

If you make sure the S-bit is set on StreamRA.rx you won't have to put RX
infront of it ("Protect StreamRA.rx +s" (if so, put StreamRA.rx as viewer))...

Yup. There's also an shoutcast player which is implemented with its help (pipes the stream to mpega). search for streammp3 on aminet
(and a gui version via awnpipe: -), after doing it on Amiga I did a quick annd dirty one on linux using regina-rexx, rexxtk and mplayer )

(A)REXX rulez

Nearly every sound/audio format (except the brand-new ones) can be played by Amiga

Aac+ v2 (aka mpeg 4) might be a problem for m68k hardware-wise (the decompression is afaiu more cpu-intensive than of mp3)
On ppc mplayer should tackle it without problem. The internal aac decoder (some snapshot of libgaad) of mplayer does a better job than the more up-to-date libfaad. Wma should be resolved by mplayer (rc1 has an extensive liet of windblows-related formats supported internally)
