Ross Vumbaca release the long-awaited audio driver for Sam460

From readme:

This is an initial beta of the SAM460 audio driver.

It must be stressed that as this is an initial beta, it contains some limitations and known issues.

I can now hear sound on my Sam460!
But I haven't been able to get it to work with the Mixer commodity.
Is this one of the beta limitations, or have I done something wrong?

As far as I know, there is nothing to mix with the built-in Sam460ex audio hardware, and therefore nothing to use Mixer for. Mixer is for audio cards with several inputs which can be mixed together to form a common output.

Personally, I only use Mixer for adjusting the main volume through ARexx together with AllKeys. It would be nice to be able to do this using the SAM460 on-board audio.
