While this "news" has only just become public, as Evert admits himself, he hasn't really been associated with Hyperion for a couple of years.

Personally I don't see what all the fuss is about.

As of the October, 2009 announcement Hyperion is listed as a CVBA.

VOF = Partnership (with unlimited liability)
CVBA = Cooperative with limited liability

Hmmm, must be the lack of grey cells, of course they are. Although the point still stands, that there are multiple partners.
