@m3x
Please indicate a compatible PCI-E riser card for the 440ep mini itx (eventually the fastest available). Just to avoid confusion. I know i asked many times about this, but if a W3D/W3D nova driver related to a video card useable with Sam440ep mini (with a PCI-E riser card) will be released i will buy for sure. |

I don't know a PCI to PCIe adapter works in the SAM440-ep, in my 440-ep-flex I use a Delock 89276 and works. https://www.amazon.es/DeLOCK-89276-Tar ... PCI-Express/dp/B004BUBR02 And put out of the board with a PCIe raiser like this : http://www.electropolis.es/pci-e-cabl ... Ny8nsvK1c8CFeQy0wodflQEvA |

I've successful used a RadeonHD 5450 (PCI version) on a Sam440ep mini-itx, with U-Boot 1.3.1f, using the RadeonHD 2.7 driver (needs External PCI gfx IRQ disabled from the u-boot menu) Don't expect high CPU VRAM transfers speed (DMA transfers are faster), since data need to go through 2 PCI bridges, but everything which uses composite is very usable. No idea if a Radeon HD 7xxx will work. |

For grins did a quick ebay search for PCI to PCI-Express adapters. Looks like they are becoming a bit more common. Here is one from China only $25.99USD and free shipping: http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-PCI-To-PC ... express-16X-/201547872916 |

Thank you for the reply. I have a 6570 sapphire card. I hope that works. Any chance to have W3D nova or opengl es 2 working one day? |

:( Don't work, with or without the IRQ dissable. The same result, load kickstart and screen turns black, but now, the hd led flashes a few seconds and stops. With the UBoot 1.3.1e, the hd led don't make any flashes. Thanks Mas, see PM. You got an email. |

I believe that the only way, is a driver for other cards in addition to the HD 7XXX. But ..... |

Quote: I believe that the only way, is a driver for other cards in addition to the HD 7XXX. Fixing UBoot is much less work than writing a driver for a new card. IIRC, the Sam460 UBoot also had some issues with HD 7xxx cards, and ACube managed to overcome those. Hans |

@RIBDEVIL
are you using DVI / HDMI ? In this case, can you try with VGA instead ? |

Could you answer to m3x? I have suitable Radeon HD7750, but not a PCItoPCIe bridge (yet). |

I use DVI, with an adapter to vga. All the boards I got only have DVI and HDMI. The new Uboot in ACUBE, is the same I download from you ? |
