Thanks for the reply
this helps me a lot
there must probably be something wrong with my configuration every time i start Odyssey i always have to activate
"YouTube_Fullscreen_Fix.js"
because it is disabled
Or maybe I probably didn't understand exactly how it works.
I start Odyssey
open in the script menu "YouTube_Fullscreen_Fix.js" I activate it
I restart Odyssey but the script is always disabled
But reading your suggestions in the topic it seems to me that this is the right procedure.

Am I wrong?

Anyway, I'm very happy because even without using it in full screen, it's really nice to use Odyssey now.
Thanks.

@Petrol
Thanks, now I try this again
Thanks for your patience

White is using WinUAE so no compositing available (except with some kind of hack I presume).

Anyone else having an issue on https://morph.zone/news/ ?

Sam460ex + Radeon RX550

symbol info:
Instruction pointer 0x7E53F8DC belongs to module "Odyssey" (PowerPC)
Symbol: _cairo_clip_intersect_rectangle_box + 0x36C in section 1 offset 0x019B28B8

Issue seems to have gone for now but it was consistent over the last 2-3 days.

I seems to have that one too there now (while didn't before). I also have that one from time to time on youtube, when i hit settings button. But on youtube it random, while on morphos i got this one right now.

I have hopes it will be autofixed with more up2date cairo.

Are you able to add in contextmenu of the bookmark window a new option;

Open Link in New Background Tab

This menu option is currently missed in bookmark window when you
right-click, but still present in the contextmenu of the main window

Should be possible. It missed and in hotlinks, and in bookmarks, but works only on links of the web content. Dunno maybe there was reassons why it didn't added to other places, but that need to be checked. Probabaly need to create BZ about.

Just click with the middle button on the link you want to be opened on a background tab.

Edit : sorry, you meant on the bookmark window.

Intersting that middle-click also works in bookmark window, but it did open in the new active tab, not in background one, while in menu i have for middle button behaviour "new background tab".

So for first middle mouse button didn't open in background tab in history/qualikins/bookmarks while should, and it didn't have option "open in new bacgkround tab" at all. Maybe there were reasson for, but need to check that one.

Spoof as Chrome 80.
Active network connections (at least) 8.

Go to http://fast.com
When the download test is done, click Show more info and wait for the upload test to finish.

For me it crashes during the upload test 2 times out of 3.

So its not just scroll like mouse wheel or keys, but you drag scroll bar. That at least explain why Drag based functions involved.

But if it hard to reproduce as usuall, then :(

Hi,

tried to access AmiStore and pay with PayPal. As before with the donate buttons, Odyssey (original 1.23 and r5-beta05) doesn't seem to be able to pass the Recaptcha phase. Any ideas how to proceed?

I fear no solution. Its probabaly the same as why google's capcha stop working : those modern popular sites start to use more newer web things, and without updating of core we can do nothing.

Of course, there can be some way like take some site where capcha not works, then debug it till death to understand what it use exacly and why it fail (i.e. what it miss in webcore), and then try to add only that part from today's webkit. But i not sure anyone there want to sped their time on fixing "site by site" :)

Hi,
I just wanted to report if it can be useful using the user-agent:
by changing the user-startup

; BEGIN OWB
SETENV OWB_USER_AGENT "Mozilla / 5.0 (Linux; Android 7.0; SM-A310F Build / NRD90M) AppleWebKit / 537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome / 55.0.2883.91 Mobile Safari / 537.36 OPR / 42.7.2246.114996"
; END OWB

and also subsequent versions like:
"Mozilla / 5.0 (Linux; Android 9.0; G901F Build / KOT49H) AppleWebKit / 537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version / 4.0 Chrome / 30.0.0.0 Mobile Safari / 537.36"

I don't need to activate the "composite" in PREFS / GUI
nor to use the "YouTube_Fullscreen_Fix.js" script

I can activate the full screen view with the appropriate "box"
and then put the video in full screen.

Of course the video is very slow if you don't have a dedicated graphics card.

Here I just wanted to report it, maybe it could be useful.
For any future developments.
Thanks again.

I wanted to ask if it could be included in the spoffing of the next versions

I leave you a short video, sorry for the video,
but many times they are easier to better explain ideas.
I don't know Odyssey well and I have to work on it even if it's a simple browser I hope the steps are right to explain what I mean.

Thank you.
https://youtu.be/QN3q_H_tLYk

separate note:
I must specify that adding the line directly in the user-startup the browser slows down a lot.
While if I use spoffing directly in Odyssey preferences this does not happen.
