It's an old coin game. Insert one coin and shoot it and try to hit some of the holes to win money. This game is from the 80's. Not sure where it is made. The key says made in france, but not sure if the machine is made there. I know some machines are made in Finland.

This looks like a fairly modern and advanced version. Back when I was a kid, there were similar machines in the traveling fun fairs, except they were fully mechanical - and the way I remember them, they looked old already then, so they could well have been from before WWII (I was born in 1952).
