Could you follow these steps

1) open http://www.premiere.fr/film/Asterix-Le-Domaine-des-Dieux-3869989 with OWB

2) just below the "Notes & critiques" you will see a video with Obelix and a ">" sign.

3) RMB and select webreplay on it

4) Does it work ?

For me yes

It does not work here: i don't get the same requester in which i can chose to stream or download but the requester showing all available sites. (04_WebReplay_Total.jpg) All i can do is close it.

See the Snoopy trail in my last mail above
I can't make anything out of it.

Is "rx Webreplay.rexx http://www.premiere.fr/film/Asterix-Le-Domaine-des-Dieux-3869989 F A" works ?

If yes, the problem is in the owb contextual menu.
Post your owb contextual menu settings...

in both lines ?

I noted that in preferences/contextmenus window if you use the small [u]V[\u] button right of your input line you get the voice between %i (image) or %I (link) there is alse an %u but no %L
I have tried this with no success (both between " ")

using "%i" and "%L" respectively for image and link does not work
using "%L" and "%L" for image & link doesnot work
using %i and %I does not work respectively for image and link does not work
using %I and %I
using %L an %L
all have the same effect: a wrong requester shows up
All tests after saving the settings, but no restart of Odyssey.

Tryng this out now

Speaking in french, are you a user of AmigaNG ?

http://www.amiga-ng.org/index.php?op=edito

For Webreplay, me I don't have rx.

Verify in the .info that you still have

"Démarré à partir de ARexx" and the "Script" flag set.

as mentioned in other threads i have run into troubles again with Mplayer installs (trying to use the MickJT SDL version)

Present situation

Done this:

- downloaded & using the MPlayer liveforit version you recommended
- downloaded the latest smTube, 14.8.0+SVN-r6558
works well with setting in the getvideo.rexx script to APPDIR:mplayer-noaltivec

For WebReplay
- deleted the MPLAYER_HOME env variable
- WebReplay Settings:
mplayer APPDIR:mplayer-noaltivec
options mplayer -cache8192
- Chosing with Odyssey on premiere.fr the asterix trailer and webreplay contectutal menu
Webreplay console shows

-2014-12-09 09:03:45-- http://www.premiere.fr/Bandes-annonce ... erix-Le-Domaine-des-Dieux

Resolving www.premiere.fr... 62.4.254.107, 62.4.254.120

1. Results:
a. chosing "télécharger" works well
b. Chosing "streamer" breaks up very fast i can see some "unknown .." o, the webreplay console.

2.Questions:
a. Settings OK ?
b.How can i set the time the webreplay console shows up, longer so as to view what is happening ?
Anything else i can do to clarify things ?

3.Suggestions
- It would be nice to have a choice apart from "download" and "stream" "download & play" when download terminated.
- In the readme file point to the liveforit -no altivec version for 460 ex users
(other "no overlay" systems ?)

Thanks for you kind help

a. Settings OK ?
I don't know... see below

b.How can i set the time the webreplay console shows up, longer so as to view what is happening ?

In OWB contextual option, add "D" after "F A" switchs to activate DEBUG mode.

Now, IIRC not in front of my Amiga, you should be able to see the console and copy/paste here the MPlayer command that is called to stream.

"download & play"
I still do it for Canal+ videos in WebReplay.
I will add it to all the websites.

"other "no overlay" systems ?"
Yes, mine, and it works well of course ;)

using the debug option i could verify what was wrong:

i still had the "options mplayer -cache8192"

i deleted that and all works OK :)

I don't know if all NG systems (SAM's)are "no overlay". I may not be the only one.

All RadeonHD system are no Overlay systems.

"cache 8192" with a space should work with Liveforit MPlayer

I copy pasted from your .ini & strangely get a problem :

Unknown option on the command line: -cache 8192 -cache-min 20 -autoq 100 -autosync 30
Error parsing option on the command line: -cache 8192 -cache-min 20 -autoq 100 -autosync 30

I have tested this more:
1) deleting in the settings one after the other one (only) of the options.
i got a corresponding error every time (not pointing to the incorrect option

2) starting from nothing adding one option after the other
only with no option or with -cache 8192 don't i get the error

All this tested in "streamer" mode
