Is this Radeon 9250 a 128-bit bus board? (SAM440)

Hey folks (first post here),

So, I purchased a SAM440 a few years ago and it wasn't getting used. I just brought it into my DC office and it's getting a lot of use now!

I orig outfitted it with a 128MB Radeon 9250 with a 64-bit bus. I wanted to make things faster, so I hit eBay and found a guy selling several 256MB 9250's with 128-bit buses, he claims.

His eBay item photo shows a nearly identical card with a sticker that says 128-bit, but when I received my unit it has a diff model # and lacks the 128-but moniker.

I will say that the 3D visualizer that comes with TuneNet seems far faster with the new board than the old, and I've attached benchmark screens:

The first 9250 - bench:

The new 9250 (128-bit?) - bench:

The new 9250 label:

The eBay auction site item (see label):

Model # of the (new) board shopped to me:
Sapphire 188-0TC25-002SA

But, note this:

Webpage that indicates this model # is a 64-bit board:

So, is this a 128-bit bus board? Thoughts? Thanks.

Welcome to the forum.
The speed tests look very similar. I think you have been sold a 64bit card.

@ddni - Thanks.

On the benchmark shots, note the Rect Fill hardware comparison percentage. Soft would all be the same, as same CPU. ?

Can someone run CubeM, an OpenGL bench on an 733MHz SAM440 with Radeon 9250 (64-bit or 128-bit), please?

My results on this maybe-128-bit card:

First run -
11196 frames in 14.3 seconds
950 fps
793 fps with swap

Second run -
13494 frames in 16.9 seconds
964 fps
808 fps with swap

Thanks.

There are up to 3 different models.
BD-1024-TC25-02
1024-TC25-02-SA
88-TC25-02-SA

Mine is 1024-TC25-02-SA. He also said that the specification is 128 bits.
But I also just purchased the 88-TC25-02-SA
