@magic
I use the following tiny case:
http://linitx.com/viewproduct.php?prodid=12085

Also, I believe the following case should work, since I have seen it used by at least one other Amiga seller:
http://linitx.com/viewproduct.php?prodid=11124

But please BEWARE that neither case will accept any PCI cards. The latter case would theoretically allow one PCI card, but it needs a 3.3v-compatible rise card, and almost all of them seem to need 5v.

BTW, my Jetway case only has 1 LED, so you can only see power OR hard-disk activity, not both. On the plus side it has a CF card slot that you can use with an SD/MMC adaptor.

BTW, tiny cases (such as the ones I suggested) always need a tiny external PSU (looks like a laptops). They also always need a slimline (laptop) DVD drive, and usually need a 2.5" harddisk.

BTW, whatever case you buy (tiny or not), you may need to solder one of the pairs of wires used for the power/hard-disk switch/led, as often one of them is either too short or else has the wrong connector on it. I seem to recall that one pair of wires was too short in my Jetway case.
