Noticed a USB touchscreen driver has been released on OS4Depot...

Supports eGalax touchscreens, but struggling to find anywhere to buy one in the UK, anyone?

Would be interesting to try out and might be quite nice to use with AMC when released.

Anyone tried out this driver yet?

I wish I could find one to test it under AmigaOS 4. But if Alfred's list and compatibility will increase in the future with new drivers, that would be awesome. Something that we didn't have before. Well done mate.

This is great news for small gadget developers !

Touch screen is the way forward aswell as AMC like front ends.

In a few years we may find Amiga software running things similar to Google TV :

This video (AROS one) says that Poseiden picks up the touchscreen straight off (as I understand it) :)

I'm searching for Betatesters.

The touch framework is almost completed.
The video shows the preferences of the touch device used to calibrate and test the touchscreen.
Then you can see my touchbench application translating basic touch gestures to mouse events on the workbench screen.
E.g. the app produces a right mouse button press event when pressing and holding the screen for >3secs .

Thank you making these device drivers !

I got Lilliput FA1011-NP/C/T 10.1 inch touchscreen monitor. I had some trouble to get it calibrated. But after I got it calibrated it has been working fine. I'm using it next to my synthesizers to control a MIDI sequencer and other MIDI related stuff.
