I still have a graphic glitch in PrBoom (post #121), maybe worth to investigate if caused by MiniGL or something else |

From time to time i stumble over an SDL/OpenGL oddity which leaves me with a completely white screen. @capehill found that it might be an unsupported gltype in minigl Quote:

Is http://www.goldencode.de/tmp/mgl.zip still the way to obtain the latest minigl with all changes and additions? I'm asking because neither your addition for Quote:
from post #118 is in there (at least it doesn't display) nor the changes you did for the residualvm z-ordering (and other) issue(s) are gone aswell. Furthermore the version is back to 2.20? I got a minigl inside a subdir named "506" from above link. Did i miss the switch to another download link somwhow? edit: oh, and i get a big (15 cm) black bar overdrawing the right game screen now in residualvm... |

AFAIK you should use the "spe_ppc_compatible" version as "spe_full_native" exports functions using SPE ABI and is therefore incompatible with any program not specifically compiled for SPE and for this version of the library. |

It's the FPU equivalent of the CPU used in the Tabor/A1222, that also has a limited SIMD capability. |

Sooo, if i'm not on Tabor, what would be the benefit of using the spe release? X1000 does feature a (hardware) FPU, doesn't it? |

Yes, the A1-X1000 has a standard PPC FPU so you should use the generic PPC binary on it. |
