didn't work for me.

That's the difference, then.

Do the interactive player commands work on yours ('q' etc)?

would you like to explain why you'll be waitinf for 2.6?
(Curious)

The author is rewriting the main player routines, and it have nice functions for easy TuneNet plug-in writing.

At the moment, XMP will be filling a buffer and TuneNet will be requesting one, and they won't necessarily correspond!

It's possible to do but may take a some time. Depending on a possible release schedule for 2.6, it may not be worth working on it.

I'm going to add a few bits to XMP, such as XFD support, in the meantime and work from there.

Chris

No. The player commands don't work in my version.
Maybe you have a better version than mine now?
Feel free to replace mine any time.
Thanx for the explanation. Looking forward to the plugin.

When I stop the crashing, maybe.

I'm not 100% sure the commands work here - I only tried q, and that's when it crashes.

I'll take a proper look at the weekend (not at home at the mo)

btw you spelt my name wrong in your first post

Does ctrl+c also crash your version?
That's how i quit mine.
Will try Q now, but i doubt it will work, i commented most of that code out as the readme says.

But I could have another go at getting it to work.
