Looking at MultiEdit the toolbar looks exactly the same. Is it easier to use for developers? Yes. It's absolutely incomparable in terms of ease of use and configurability. No messing with Exec lists to create your buttons, no need for dedicated functions to set or inquire about properties, support for alternative image sets you can switch between by a single call, image scaling, borderless buttons... I'm going to cover the ToolBar Gadget in A-EON's blog soon(ish) - a bit pressed for time at the moment unfortunately. In the meantime you can have a look at the online autodoc in the wiki. |
