OpenSSH clients for OS4 Updated

Version 4.5p1-2 includes the following changes:
- added missing LICENCE file to distribution archive
- now requires AmigaOS 52.x or higher
- increased default pipe buffer size to 4096 bytes
- fixed progress bar display bug in sftp during 'put'
- added AmigaOS-style version strings to executables
Grab the latest version from OS4Depot and let me know if you find any more problems.
