FliteGUI v2.0 Released

| FliteGUI v2.0 released on OS4Depot.
A simple GUI for the flite cli speach program that supports 5 different voices and allows for setting the pitch and speed of each voice. It can also save the spoken text to a .wav file.
The main update is to add support flite v1.4 which allows for five different voices to choose from. In addition the GUI has been brought up to more modern standards since the initial release.
Version 2.0 Changes:
Now requires flite v1.4 or greater from OS4Depot.
(Place in C: or same directory at fliteGUI.)
Added buttons to select the voice to be used.
(Supports Robot1, Robot2, Scottish, Male and Female voices.)
Added "VOICE" ToolType to set the voice on startup.
Added default speed/pitch settings for the different voices.
Added checkbox to enable/disable using defaults for voices.
Added "VOICES_DEFAULTS_OFF" tooltpe to set voice defaults off.
Added gadget hints for all controls.
Added hints checkbox to enable/disable gadget hints.
Added "HINTS" tooltype to set hints mode on startup.
Added to add ability to iconify using program icon.
Added a pop menu to the window titlebar.
Added 'Clr' button to clear text from 'Speak Text' field.
Added 'Clr' button to clear text from 'Speak File' field.
Added 'Clr' button to clear text from 'Save File' field.
Moved "Talk on Enter" checkbox to "Entry Mode" group.
Added error requester if 'filte' program is not found.
Added a seperate Help menu with links to help sections.
Updated help to include new features and changes.
Modified so help runs in Async mode.
Fixed all compiler warnings from newer gcc.
Updated obsolete AmigaOS functions.
