Yeah, great sucessor, and even not so hardware demanding for today PC. They kept the spirit and idea,
I just dislike the mass killing and producing in real time strategies, if units were harder to produce and durable, it would turn it to more strategy.

However, I welcome the reasearch, arnoury, mercenaries and possibility to select missions.

However, it`s too brutal in brutal mode.

And I dislike that each campaign will be 8GB`s long ...

So, much more to await and go!

X1000 with R700 would be enough to run it, but the question is how to lure big companies in porting game to small community? Pre orders to check? How many preorders would be enough for such game and which price it may then be?

Well the problem is that they will need to support AmigaOS and create patches for SC 2 client, its maybe over time more work then its economical.

And R700 is too slow and old, you need a newer graphic card.
MiniGL is too slow too, lots of changes needed before this can be done.

I guess you can adjust the settings, but when there is a lot happening on the screen the game slows down, and its relay not uncommon to see player x is slowing down the game, oh yes It might be network issue but I'm also thinking its hardware issue.

Objects on the screen have a lot of textured mapped polygons whit lots of vertexes, even the smaller objects are quite complex, when you have screen filled.

In lowest settings I was able to finish game (even play some maps but early in hardest levels) with very few slowdowns. Patches help to adress the issue.
Dual core CPU is critical.

However, my impression is that game is not too demanding. Civ5 is a killer fo no real reason.
