@LiveForIt
Plenty of cooling in this system. It was also off before this, so no chance for it to overheat at all.

So once again, by pure magic, it works again. I did nothing other than had it off for a couple of days. I just got my Radeon 5450 in and tried it, booted right up. Put my Polaris 11 card in again, booted right up. I just don't understand this machine sometimes?!
I am not joking, I did nothing other than power it off a couple of days, swap cards (keeping in mind I had been swapping cards before the 5450 came in), and Poof, it works.

@beanbandit
Drive shows up just fine to format it if I boot from MorphOS, I have said all along I can boot perfectly from MorphOS and the machine works as expected. Over on amiga.org someone recommended a Radeon HD 5450 card. I found a new one on Amazon and will try it, just cant now since it won't be delivered before I leave for my work trip to Australia on Jan 2nd.

AOS4.1 drive is formated NGFS, so no cant get to it under MorphOS, and I remove the 4.1 drive and replace it with a MorphOS drive.
As I said, I put it away for now and will revisit it after I get back February 6th from Australia.

Thanks for all the reply in this.
As for the RAM issue. I noticed that and posted the 2nd serial log because it was reading the RAM bad or something I though in the first. I am not mixing RAM and they are in pairs. The first set is a pair of 2GB sticks from Corsair that the machine shipped with. The other is a pair of HyperX 8GB that was working perfectly before all this and was recommended and tested from AOTL for X5000 use.
The USB devices installed are only the keyboard and mouse. The other stuff its showing is the internal USB headers and ports. Nothing USB is connected.
I have tried with my DVD out, HDD out, USB stick in upper slot, CD install disk, all are the same result as this.
I have used new SATA cables, changed ports, no change.
I have replaced the CR22 coin cell with a new one that I measured the voltage on and was a good 3.4V
I tried a new HDD and it wont boot from USB or CD to get to the point of installing as mentioned, so no good.
I have tried with three different video cards. #1 it shipped new with was a R250X (7750) #2 is a HD6950, #3 was the primary card id been using with the newer enhancer 2.0 beta and drivers and is a 560. I know the last card wont boot from the CD and work, buiut the other two should, and #1 has several times before. I have restored my system a few times in the past from CD and USB.
As I mentioned, I can replace the GPU with the 6950 and put in my MorphOS HDD and it boots into it perfectly, so its SOMETHING to do with OS4.1 or something in U-Boot that magicly change while powered off for the last couple weeks I was gone on work trips that's caused this.
I got fed up and packed it away, so no idea what to do, and A-eon isn't really helping much. Trevor asked me to do a lot of what you all said, and its not changed anything.

Saw the DDR sticks showing as not the same, which isn't accurate so I replaced them with another set. The original set was in first, then the newer set. Same issue with loading, but they both reported the same. Tried with just one stick and no change.

X5000 No Longer Booting OS4!

I've had my X5000 working great for quite a while now. After being turned off for several weeks it no longer boots anything. It will power up and show the initial X5000 screen, the boing ball will spin and it will then turn to a gray screen and sit. If I do nothing it will reset itself and repeat back to the X5000 logo. I can interrupt the boing ball and get into u-boot and interact just fine. If I load OS4 from u-boot menu It shows "Loading finished ######################### 100%" message comes up after a short time. The next Line reads: "About to call loader entry at 0x7BD02020" at which point it just hangs there.
NO media will boot into OS4. The original CD, my recovery USB stick, or the SSD in it with OD4 installed. The last time I used my system it was fine. I didn't make any changes to it. It's sat and now doesn't work.
The odd thing, if I put in the other GPU I have that supports MorphOS and connect the 2nd SSD I have with a clean install of MorphOS on it, it boots fine into that. SO... This is something OS4 related it seems that came up from nowhere. I now have my system back to stock and am still trying to get it to boot into OS4.

One more quick update on the 4000 Rev B project. The FINAL review is done and checks out. I have uploaded the new file in the layout folder at git hub. Also uploaded is a zip with Additional outputs included. These have been translated from the original PADS database so use them at your own peril. The Altium file looks good. Supposedly Eagle will import an Accel ASCII database but my first try was not successful. The file does not look correct. Worst case, those that know what to do can import the Gerber and recreate the database from it. Eagle just does not have a good importer at this time.
I will not be supporting design changes in anything other than the PADS database. The Altium and Eagle outputs in the additional outputs zip is just something I have had done as a thank you. I do believe the free version of Altium called Circuit Works? will import the Altium data. This would be the best way to go for those looking to get a good alternative to PADS.

This is it! This first views of the now completed A4000 Rev B layout! I'm going over it and will soon ask for feedback on this. Please remember this is in Mentor Graphics PADS and requires the viewer from them if you want to see it yourself. It's free from them. This is amazing work! The pcb database file is located in the layout folder at the Github here: https://github.com/Acill/A4000RevBI've put a lot of time into this and want to thank everyone that donated to make it possible. Very soon now the data to allow new boards to be manufactured will be posted on the Github as well. For those that have access to the full version of Mentor Graphics PADS you could take the info in the Github currently and export it to Gerbers, but I ask that you wait for the final versions to be announced after its verified completely. These are the completed project files though now unless errors are discovered.

I am trying to get my X5000 mac addresses and following instructions from the developer asking for them with no luck. In the earlystartup I go into the command line and type Mac and get just serial and UID, ni Macs. If I go into the system information menu I see the fields for Macs but they both show NULL Here are screen shots: https://photos.app.goo.gl/aLcmvcHGI6NHf51p2

I guess what I am asking then is what is the hold up? The endian issues would be solved in those ports right? Why are they not pulling out the needed code to fix things?

I read through all of this thread and the one thing I don't get is this, TenFourFox seems current and works on very low end Mac PPC hardware even. Those developers that maintain it cant be far off from being able to compile it in a way that it will build for Morphos, AmigaOS and AROS I would think if they got help or even a donated X5000 board. We are talking like what, $4000 USD to get a couple of the most active devs a machine? Am I missing something here?
